INMOL offers a structured training program for postgraduate medical education that is recognized by the College of Physicians & Surgeons, Pakistan (CPSP). Training are currently in place at INMOL Hospital for post graduate medical education.

The duration of the MCPS training is 2 years. Competency-based curricula have been developed for each discipline by the relevant faculties. More than 19,000 training slots have been awarded in 207 CPSP accredited medical institutions throughout the country. The College critically evaluates the standards and facilities available in these institutions to ensure quality training for its trainees.
